While it’s important to have a snapshot proposal process that is open to most community members, this snapshot page as many other snapshot pages is currently a victim of spam proposals.
spam proposal makes the governance process less clear and add friction.
increasing the minimum requirement to a higher amount might help mitigate the Spam issue while staying in a range that is accessible to a very large part of the community.
Votes would still not have a minimum allowing anyone, regardless of their holdings to have a vote in the snapshot process.
