Aave

The Aave V3 deployment on several network mainnets is close to execution.

Cohort 1 of deployments was defined by community consensus on the main second Layers of Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks.

There’s currently a lot of demand for Hosting Aave V3 on multiple networks leading to additional cohorts deployments in the future of Aave V3.

While Aave V3 is fully embracing the blockchain Multiverse, deployment on a network is neither cost-free nor risk-free.

To filter out proposals and provide the Aave community with needed information to form an opinion on a Network willing to Host Aave V3, a Governance Framework has been created in an effort to standardize the process.

This snapshot vote if adopted will enforce

• Standard governance process Framework.
• Minimum delay of 5 days between Network governance proposal in the governance forum and creation of a snapshot vote
• Minimum quorum of 150k AAVE votes to consider the proposal as adopted.
