Summary

This is a proposal to allocate Aave Grants DAO (AGD) treasury to Aave DAO, since Aave Grants DAO is winding down.

Motivation

Following the latest update by 0xbill on AGD journey, and next steps (Reflecting on AGD’s Journey and Next Steps )which is the result of Update from Aave Grants: Winding Down AGD 1.0 and What’s Next, where operations were announced to be wounded down and team disbanded, in August 2024, Aave Grants DAO still controls a treasury of mixed assets, that we believe should be disbursed back to Aave DAO, that will decide its utility and destination.
