YIP-5: YAMv3 3-day Migration Period

We propose a token migration from v2 to v3, in which the migration contract is only active for 3 days. After the 3-day period, no YAMv2 tokens can be migrated to YAMv3. This approach is similar to the previous migration from v1 to v2. This approach can give us certainty regarding the total supply of YAMv3.
