Proposal: Investment of YAM DAO Treasury in WAGMi Fund II Managed by WAGMi Venture Capital Management Limited

Executive Summary

We propose investing the YAM DAO Treasury in WAGMi Fund II, under the guidance of Eason Gao and WAGMi Venture Capital Management Limited. This initiative aims to leverage their extensive experience in the web3 sector to foster strategic growth and diversification of YAM DAO’s treasury.

Why YAM DAO?

As a long time supporter of YAM DAO, it is time to utilize its treasury to generate more value for the YAM token holders. The investment period is for 2 years which I believe will coincide with the current bull market. I have confidence in Eason Gao and WAGMi Venture Capital Management Limited and will be voting with my YAM tokens and will be holding my tokens until distribution from the fund. YAM DAO has completed a token holder treasury redemption from the treasury before and I would vote for another one after distribution.
