tldr;

A proposal to purchase a Builder DAO token at auction to participate in the governance of Nouns.build.

Description 

The Nouns Builder DAO is responsible for funding the proliferation of the Nouns Builder ecosystem, meme and development of the protocol over time. In short they are responsible for the development and stewardship of the Nouns.build product.

Purple is built on top of Nouns.build and we plan to make use of its features and ongoing development. As such, it would be helpful to own a Builder DAO token and participate in its Governance. This includes voting and submitting Proposals and voting on Prop Houses.

Gnosis 

Purple should allocate 2.5 ETH to a Gnosis Safe. Tokens are currently going on average for below 2.5 ETH and any remaining funds after purchase should be sent back to the Purple Treasury.

Gnosis Safe

Purple will use the Prop House multisig for the bidding and acquisition of the Builder DAO token.

The Multisig requires 3 out of 5 signers to complete a transaction. The signers are:
