Transfer Builder token on Base to the Treasury

As a part of the Bali upgrade, Purple was migrated to Base via the Migration helper. As a result, members now hold identical tokens on L2 to match their previous holding on L1. Auctions were resumed on Base and the treasury was migrated.
As a part of the migration, tokens that were held in contracts on L1 are sent to aliased addresses on L2.
Ideally, we can transfer to the Treasury directly: 0xd1a84b374f…c6179c8376a
