Fund the Builders
This Prop is to distribute 0.5 ETH each to Rank #6 - #10 and 0.1 ETH each to Rank #11 - #15 for Retroactive Funding Round 3

Firstly, congratulations to winners: Neynar, Opencast, Purp.Game, Kiwi News and Pixel.
Secondly, we have great submissions for the Retroactive Round #3, and even though they couldn’t win, funding them for their work is the correct use of Purple treasury.
I hope this encourages more builders to build on Farcaster and by the next Retroactive Round, we have 2x submissions.
This prop will transfer 0.5 ETH each to:

and 0.1 ETH each to:
