Second Public Assembly Drop

With the recent nomination for the Public Goods funding via daodrops.io, this proposal will deploy an infinite edition to promote Public Assembly into the final round for this grant.
The metadata + default admin, currently set to junghwan.eth, will be updated after the voting cycle. The mint revenue will be split between 80% to the creator, junghwan.eth, and 20% to the DAO.
Hope this gives Public Assembly the boost to the final round.
