Excited to tip-off the journey of mini basketball production with all my Lil Nouners!

Who: My name is Victor Solomon, I’m the artist and designer behind Literally Balling and work with brands around basketball to design and produce collectibles and experiences – most recently, I’ve partnered with the NBA to redesign their entire trophy program.

Admittedly had felt indifferent to the web3 / nft space until I found the Nouniverse and excited and honored to grow into the project. Heavily involved with Lil Nouns - League of Lils, Lil Grant signee and recently elected to Nouncil. And designed / produced the Nouns on Chain fine jewelry pendants I think Prop House provides us with the most democratic way to vet and select projects as a community and should be our primary source of funding and support at a project’s onset – so, bringing this project through a low-tier Prop House round to get the proverbial ball rolling.

What: The basketball is a ubiquitous cultural touchstone and class-agnostic collectible object – an instrument of mass appeal and vehicle for creative contribution. I’ve boot-strapped through having my basketball production factory make a signature Lil Noun basketball, referencing the branding and aesthetic of the project – would like to fine tune the design with the community and go into a large production to use these pieces to proliferate IRL.

How: Brought the genesis of this idea through Prop House for initial screening through the community and garnered much support (thanks guys!) Shared development process with community to fine tune design (see thread here) and ready to embark on mass production of 500 pieces. These 500 units will be for community gifting, cross-platform giveaways (Social, NOC, newsletter, etc.) and for sale on some yet-to-be-determined e-commerce platform — with revenue to be directed back to Lil Nouns treasury.

How much: Shared production costs across several tiers and in conversation with community, 500 units looks to be production preference — with the ability to re-order more pieces if needed.

500 pieces will cost: $18/per piece + $1,200 for shipping = total of $10,200, or 6.13E (as of 8/24, rounding up to 6.5 to protect against volatility)

Would like to add additional 1E to cover assembly and domestic shipping of pieces to Lil Noun family:

Timeline: Once approved and received, factory production requires ~30 days, and shipping another ~30 - timing out perfect to deploy Lil Nouns mini-basketballs aligned with NBA season tipoff.
