Scope of Work and Budget Allocation
The total estimated cost of $17,850 covers all materials, labor, and documentation. Below is the breakdown:

- Replacement of damaged wall sections using blocks, supported by cement, sand, and binding wire for reinforcement.
- Strengthening of structural joints using 12mm and 8mm iron rods to stabilize the foundation and walls.
- Recasting of weak pillars and beams for long-term durability.
- Resurfacing of the compound floor with fresh screed to improve hygiene and accessibility.
Materials:
- Cement, blocks, sharp sand, granite, and reinforcement rods (reused and supplemented locally).
Local materials are sourced to reduce transport costs and encourage community participation.
B. Roofing Restoration
A partial replacement and repair of the roofing structure is necessary to stop leaks and ensure complete protection of patients and equipment. Key Activities:
- Reinforcement of the wooden frame with treated planks (2x4 and 2x3).
- Replacement of corroded or broken aluminum roofing sheets (5.5mm thickness).
- Re-sealing and re-nailing of existing roof sections with waterproof sealants and roofing nails.
- Installation of ceiling boards in consultation and maternity rooms for insulation and cleanliness.
