Proposal Overview

The Robinyan Health Centre serves as the only health access point for several surrounding communities. Years of neglect have left it in poor condition — broken structures, no fence, poor utilities, and outdated or missing medical tools.

This project aims to fully restore the facility to operational excellence, provide essential medical equipment, and establish sustainability mechanisms to ensure lasting impact.

This proposal aims to:

• Renovate and re-paint Heath Centre structures.
• Repair and plaster the compound ground.
• Install clean water and solar power electrical supply.
• Supply essential medical equipment and furniture.
• Fence the compound for better safety and hygiene.
• Document every phase with video and photography for transparency and awareness.

Comprehensive refurbishment to strengthen the building’s foundation, improve hygiene, and ensure patient and staff safety. Scope includes:

Reconstruction and repair of cracked walls, ceilings, and floors.

Replacement of damaged doors, windows, and roofing sheets.

Exterior and interior painting with medical-grade washable coatings.

Construction of a protective perimeter fence for security.

Leveling and plastering of the compound ground to prevent erosion and improve accessibility.

This will completely reshape the physical outlook of the health centre , transforming it into a welcoming, modern environment that restores community pride.

2. Essential Medical Equipment — $2,000

Procurement of basic but vital tools to restart primary healthcare services. Items include:

Hospital beds and mattresses for maternity and general wards.

Delivery kits and sterilization trays for safe childbirth.

5. Furniture and Fixtures — $800
