To enhance this, Mike Goods and Bixbite, both active contributors to the Nouns ecosystem, propose a 3-month trial to professionalize and amplify Lil Nouns’ social media presence and community engagement. Our combined expertise in content creation, social media strategy, and community leadership will boost visibility, engagement, and cultural cohesion, aligning with Lil Nouns DAO’s mission to foster an inclusive and dynamic ecosystem.

Deliverables:

Social Media Management & Growth - Create and post daily content on Lil Nouns’ Twitter account

• Engage with community posts by retweeting, commenting, and amplifying Lil Nouns-related content.
• Develop a content calendar featuring memes, updates, and ecosystem highlights to maintain consistent messaging.
• Capture and report analytics (e.g., followers, engagement rates, impressions) at the trial’s start and monthly thereafter to demonstrate growth.

Community Management - Host a minimum of 4 community calls per month to foster engagement and collaboration.

• Organize spontaneous “Pop-Up Happy Hours” (targeting 2–4 per month) to sustain community energy and inclusivity across global time zones.
• Drive culture-building initiatives, encouraging participation and connection among Lil Nouns members.

Bixbite - (@iambixbite) Bixbite has been a cornerstone of the Nouns community, hosting Nouncil community calls for 1.5 years & the Lil Nouns Thursday Happy Hour calls for 2 years, with some lasting up to 13 hours due to global participation! Their proven ability to foster inclusive, vibrant community spaces ensures strong cultural continuity.

Budget

Compensation: 0.5 ETH per month per team member (Mike Goods & Bixbite) for 3 months. No additional costs are anticipated, as content creation and community management tools are already accessible.

Month 1: Establish baseline analytics, launch content calendar, host 4 community calls, and initiate pop-up happy hours. Month 2: Optimize social media strategy based on Month 1 analytics, maintain call schedule, and increase happy hour frequency as needed. Month 3: Finalize trial with comprehensive analytics report, showcasing growth and community impact, and propose next steps for DAO consideration.
