Lil Nouns DAO

TL/DR: To get Lil Nouns a wardrobe across all metaverse and social platforms.

To be able to Lil Nounify yourself in every medium should be our number one goal. While the below plan does involve some rarity in its distribution mechanics, the main goal is to have as many Lil Noun “wearables”; whether in Metaverse, Office meeting settings?, Tik-Tok, Snap Chat, Instagram, etc, etc. I believe this aspect DIRECTLY falls under PROLIFERATION tenant.

Having FashionVerse Fashion House push out a major Collection like this will essentially blitz all socials over the next 2 Months. It will also allow us to tweak our future plans as we see how this unfolds and who steps up to participate because of this.

Impossible Expectations

If you haven’t read this latest piece from Zeneca_33, it discusses a lot about how to manage, or not manage, impossible expectations. This wearable schedule is an attempt to bridge some of this expectations gap held among different participants in the NFT space. AND have some FUN while we are doing it!

Deliverables: The deliverable schedule for past items is: as finished. 2 months seemed reasonable in conversations; however NO specific deadline was has been put in place, no rush for something that is static in time. (see notion for full details)

What’s Good For Builders

The Files the Dao will be receiving for:

3D Design are:

1. .glb 3D file
2. .zprj/.fbx (source file) that you can import in 3d design software like clo3d/marvelous designer
3. PNGs of all angles

Filter files will include:

1. A link to the published filter on the social media platforms
2. All source files: Completed filter file, all animations and 3d objects that went into creating the filter

For the beginner, novice, and experienced designer alike; a set of building blocks will be at your disposal to continue upon.

This is not Exhaustive in any sense as far as scope or breath. Builders should not feel discouraged by products they may have been looking to build but challenged to build better. The only limiting factor to any of a wearable collection is your imagination.

These predefined buckets “MAY” help builders define collections for the DAO in the future. (or give others ideas on ways to define smaller collections)

Liaison and accountability

I, SQX | sqx.pcc.eth, will take the lead on liaison and accountability. 2 ETH will be set aside upon approval to distribute to any Lil Nouners in this group, with an eye toward helping design this Meta Wearable collection over the next 2 months with Fashionverse

Duties:

• Contact with the Fashionverse team in relation to decision making on items as well as continued QC control.
• Brainstorm / fashion critique team to help flesh out best use cases for the multitude of items to flow

Through Discussions with @Ish#5663 from FashionVerse we have set a milestone timetable and deliverable schedule upon each milestone.

Milestones in this Proposal: @250 , @500, @1000, @2000, @2500, @3000, @4000, @5000, @6000

Bucket Tier per Lil Noun # 250 / 500 / 1000 / 2500 / 5000 / 10000 / 15000 / 25000 / 50000

How holders @ milestones are defined:

• At each Milestone, a snapshot will be taken of wallets holding at least 1 Lil Noun. These unique wallets will have access to the Mint function and/or receive airdrop.
• At each new Milestone, your tier is determined by your lowest Noun held at snapshot. Each Lil Noun can be used to mint 1 piece, but the lower tier affords you more optionality.
• For owners of more than 1 Lil Noun, Each lowest knocked in tier can be claimed 1 time per unique wallet.
  • Ex.1: Milestone 3 1 Lil Noun in Tier 2: Ability to get 1 item from lower 2 tiers
    • Max 1 Item tier 2 or 3
  • Ex.2: Milestone 3. 7 Lil Nouns. 2 in Tier 1, 6 in tier 3: Tier one Lil Nouns have ability to choose from Tier 1-3, however can only claim once. the 6 in tier 3 can only claim tier 3, but the entire wallet can also only claim a Tier 1 x.
    • Max Claim 3 Items Tier 1/2/3
• Can you farm this? there will always be flaws. I think this is the one of the least aggressive flaws, and in the grand scheme of infinite. Extras minted now by people who have multiple wallets will “hopefully” be welcome in the future! Lastly, in the spirit of crypto… if you can hack it you win.
  • much of this current wearable drop is retroactive, so farming; while still possible, is mostly finished.

Distribution Schedule

-A gnosis Safe has been set up with sqx10.eth, necfas.eth and lil al409 : (2/3) : 0xCc955321975520a70Bd0fA72d70ebb7053888585

All Fashionverse Funds ($28,460 or 21.8923 ETH @1300) will be transferred to the gnosis safe provided above. This ETH will then be converted to corresponding USD equivalent @ spot price. Extra funds (Volatility overage) will be sent back to the Lil Nouns DAO as ETH in which it was received. The remaining USDC will be disbursed to @Ish#5663 wallet provided 0x07B06464510D0E115925250ce57E736437932F43 per the distribution schedule below.

1 ETH will be distributed to sqx10.eth / 0x2eE0485f71764bcD2062A84d9455688c581B90f8 (.5 for sourcing provided and .5 for leading liaison and QC / Accountability)
