Lil Nouns DAO

TL;DR This is a resubmitted proposal requesting 1.5 ETH from Lil Nouns DAO to support The Glance Experience, a one-day immersive event in Abuja, Nigeria that blends the live performance of my upcoming 5-track EP with an African-inspired theatre play. The experience will include:

• Lil Nouns themed visuals and banners
• Nounish sticker packs gifted to all attendees
• A Lil Nouns NFT raffle draw to onboard new wallet holders
• A 5–10 minute intro session on Lil Nouns for the audience
• A photobooth with The Glance and Lil Nouns designs
• A merch booth of lil nouns beads and belts and my collection of shades with revenue split 80% to artist, 20% to the DAO, transparently via Slice.so store to be setup, every step will be communicated clearly with the Dao
• All promotional materials will carry Lil Nouns branding

About Me Hi, I’m Anesi, a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and multidisciplinary artist who started her music career at the age of 12 passionate about blending music, storytelling, and culture in communal and emotionally rich ways. I discovered Nouns through the Nouns Artist Program, where I created an acapella piece inspired by the DAO. That opened a new world for me, one where creativity, experimentation, and onchain values meet. Since then, I’ve deepened my engagement through performance, education, and community building both online and IRL.

About The Glance The Glance is a 5-track EP exploring transformation, self-reflection, and freedom, with titles like Alkebulan, Rhythm Lights, Star Gaze, Survive, and an intro. Each song tells a tale of Hope, reminding us of our roots and strength. Alkebulan which is the lead single is currently out and the video rollout currently at 3k plus views on IG. This one-day event marks the EP’s debut performance, paired with a culturally resonant African theatre play rooted in storytelling traditions.

🎟️Raffle Draw Plan – “Win a Lil Noun” How It Works:

• Entry Tickets: Every attendee receives a raffle ticket upon entry.
• Each ticket has a unique number/code.
• To qualify, they must scan a QR code linking to https://lilnouns-world.cntrl.site/ and follow a quick onboarding step (e.g., join Discord and introduce themselves, follow lilnouns on X and Instagram).
• Attendees who buy any merch (like the Nounish tote bags, beads, belts, glasses) gets 2 extra tickets.
• Anyone who posts a selfie at the event tagging @anesi and @lilnounsdao using the event hashtag (#theglance #Lilnouns) also gets a bonus entry EVERY ACTION ATTENDEES CARRY OUT INCREASES THEIR CHANCES OF WINNING

ONBOARDING AND FOLLOW UP

Winners are onboarded immediately at a support booth or table:

• Help them set up a wallet (if needed).
• Transfer the Lil Noun NFT.
• Explain how to get involved in the DAO.
• Help them get into the lil nouns Discord and creative alchemy community chat for follow-up (The chat is a great place for follow-ups as members are active and ready to provide support).
• Onboard them into the right Farcaster channels like /lilnounsdao and /noc (alongside a free Farcaster account to begin their Onchain journey)

Goals & Impact

• Onboard & Educate: Bring new audience, artists and creatives into DAO culture through storytelling
• Proliferate Nounish Culture in Africa: Fuse African traditions with Nounish values like experimentation, community, and meme-driven identity
• Create Evergreen Content: All content will be documented (long and short form videos, photos, reels) and shared with Lil Nouns branding for visibility

NOTE: The request is based on ETH valued at \~$2,500.

If ETH significantly increases, any surplus will be returned to the DAO. If ETH significantly drops, we will adjust deliverables or seek off-chain co-funding, with transparent updates to the DAO.

• Recap Video – 2–3 min highlights of performance, audience, Lil Nouns talk, and visuals
• Photo Pack – Branded images from photobooth and concert
• Merch Revenue Report – Onchain data via Slice.so
• Social Media Coverage – Pre/post event promotion tagging/collaborators post with @lilnounsdao on all socials
• NFT Raffle Report – Summary of onboarding stats and engagement

Nigeria is Africa’s most populous nation with a growing Web3 hub and an audience that’s curious but cautious, this event presents Lil Nouns in a format that resonates: art, culture, music, and storytelling.

By blending African heritage with Nounish creativity, we create a unique form of proliferation that feels authentic, joyful, and sticky. From livestreams and stickers to raffle winners and social shares, every part of this event is designed to spark curiosity and grow the DAO’s cultural footprint.

The Glance is more than a performance, it’s a cultural bridge, an invitation to connect Lil Nouns to a global creative audience ready for what’s next.
