Proposing 3 month residency at 2e a month for Lil Dot (Founder of Lil Nouns)

Community Requests:

• Updating to v3 Art like Nouns so we can update and fix traits
• Better showcase projects/community stories on lilnouns.wtf site
• Fixing Lil Nouns historical view on site
• Surfacing the 256 pool of Lil Nouns
• Testing/iterating on the above

We don’t know if this provides enough runway to complete all the above but we mainly are looking for a signal that the DAO wants to compensate Lil Dot for time spent working, as he continues to work this year without compensation.
