Lil Nouns DAO

The purpose of this prop is to expand Lil Nouns DAO throughout the rest of 2024 to bring more builders to Lil Nouns DAO Onchain Governance.

Our journey will begin at ETHMX 2024, introducing the Lil Breaks product, followed by four months discussing the current state of Lil Nouns DAO and driving the delegation campaign.

WTF ETHMexico?

Ethereum México 2024, it’s an initiative by the Ethereum México Community to bring, inspire and empower the next generation of Ethereum enthusiasts to build a better and decentralized future.

Activities

At Ethereum Mexico, being one of the largest events in LatAm, there is a unique opportunity to attract more builder-creators to Lil Nouns DAO and expand the brand with fun activities.

List of the activities contemplated during ETHMexico:

• Presence as a community partner
• Stand with Lil merch at the ETHMX venue
• Activate Lil at side events
• Take photos throughout the week
• Nounify the Tenichtitlan Pyramid

WTF Lil Bricks?

Lil Brickz is a 250 piece Lil Nouns derivative collection each priced at 0.0125 Ξ, with traits inspired by, and based on LEGO pieces you know and love. Every trait is equally rare and every bit of artwork is CC0 licensed.

Lil Amigos will give 100 of these pieces created by Zylag and financed by Lil Nouns via Prop House. They will be locally packed and will come with a special edition POAP.

Within the ETHMexico venue, there will be a “POAP Island.” Part of these pieces will be donated to ETHMexico, allowing attendees to win LEGOs through POAP-based raffles. The rest will for various activities at side events, xpaces giveaways and local meetups.

Lil nouners will have the chance to decide the next 10 traits for the lil bricks LEGOS!

Lil Merch

POAPs

We have supported the Lil Nouns DAO POAP Gallery creating 21 original POAP designs made by local artists from El Salvador and Mexico.

We distributed these POAPs at IRL events such as ETHLATAM, ETHSalvador, Farcaster Meetups (CDMX, Puebla, Medellín), and at Xpaces.

We have reached a total of 538 minted POAPs + 89 email reservations. Check out here!

We will expand the Lil Nouns gallery with original art created by local artists from multiple countries in LatAm, allowing people to explore Lil Nouns through the creation of art. We aim to create collabs with communities like we have done with PurpleDAO, Base, and other nounish subcommunities. (ex. the ‘Latam en Farcaster’ poster by messhup )

In total, we will produce 16 POAPs for this season:

• 2 for the ETHMX events
• 1 general POAP for Lil Bricks
• 9 for Farcaster events in LatAm
• 4 for livestreams

Lil Amigos: Delegation campaign III

Lil Nouns Amigos is the Spanish and Latin American Lil Nouns community. We seek to increase participation in the governance of Lil Nouns with the delegation campaign through educational content about Lil Nouns DAO.

This year, we have seen new builders from LatAm participating in the auctions, which is a positive sign of the work we have done.

Introducing our delegates for the second season (in addition to co-founders leobunster and lil amigos), they are active builders with public profiles on X and Farcaster.:

This third phase aims to increase participation in governance through group voting, via the Discord channel (#lil-amigos-votes), and a public channel for discussing proposals and ideas (lil-amigos-chat). Our goal is to reach 40 Lil Nouns delegates to advance to the next phase and keep the community updated on what’s happening in the lil nouniverse.

Bringing the next 100 builders to Lil Nouns DAO

Lil Amigos will bring the next 100 creative builders to Lil Nouns DAO

Through discussions with communities such as Pulso Media-NounsAmigos, we have explored the best way to measure the impact of an onboarding proposal. In this case, we have made a table that we will explain.

Given the broad scope of Lil Nouns, there are several areas of focus (delegations, voting, chat discussions, make props, original artworks, among others). In the table, we have outlined an “onchain” traceability to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaign, sharing our strategy and the metrics we aim to achieve. If the table shows an increase after the campaign, it will indicate that we are on the right track.

Content

As outlined in our prop 185, once we complete the educational content of “Lil Nouns from 0,” we aim to continuously discuss the proposals made with Lil Nouns. Our focus will be on the current state of Lil Nouns, with the goal of evolve projects.

As mentioned before in “Nounticias del Nouniverso” show:

• Lil Nouns expansion on Farcaster
• Lil Nouns joins $NOGS party
• Lil Nouns updating the auction mechanism to VRGDA

With this proposal, Lil Nouns will be announced as the official sponsor of Plaza Nouns, with four months of content:

• Mentions in all Xpaces news, with a call to action to join the Lil Nouns Discord
• Creation of a series of comics with 8 episodes, created by Kimmydeuk on Base
• Monthly video livestreams with recaps of the Lil Nouns ecosystem
• Showcase of the Lil Nouns brand at over 8 meetups “LatAm on Farcaster”
• Testing art contests

Budget

The following table shows the estimated budget in USDc and ETH (1 ETH = 2500 USD). The table is divided into five sections: 1) Lil Bricks considering the 100 pieces and packing, 2) Merchandise - leader by feru0x.eth , 3) Original artwork we created with POAPs, the lil comic by kimmydeuk, 4) Related to travel expenses for two people 5) Lil Nouns content with @PlazaNouns for 4 months. Total: 4 ETH
