Lil Nouns DAO

This proposal seeks retroactive funding for my past work and support for future projects over the next 3 months.

For the past 10 months, I’ve been developing numerous frames, bots, and tools for Lil Nouns on Farcaster to boost engagement in the community. It’s all about using tech to spread the Lil Nouns vibe.

Right now, Farcaster data shows there are over 700 Lil Nouners on the platform, making up a third of all Lil Noun holders. I’ve built and expanded Lil Nouns Lab as a hub for creating and testing tools, and managing the Lil Nouns account on Farcaster.

I’ve created open-source bots and tools on Farcaster, driving thousands of views from Farcaster to the main site, as confirmed by Google Analytics and UTM link results.

Further plans include rolling out tools like DC-based notifications that I’ve developed in the past month, and I’ve been testing and have positively impacted voter turnout. I’m also working on auction frames based on the new VRGDA model, enabling users to access auction data and buy directly through Farcaster.

The main goal of Lil Nouns Lab is to foster meaningful engagement by providing tools for the Farcaster user base, which holds the most potential for Lil Nouns.

The next deliverables are a full, operational version of DC-based notifications for Lil Nouns events (governance, calls, etc.) based on user preferences, and a VRGDA auction frame to access our auctions through Farcaster.

The potential for growing the Lil Nouns user base on Farcaster is sky-high. Farcaster continuously introduces new initiatives and tools (Frames, Actions, Composable Actions, Programable DCs, Frame Transactions, etc.) to let tools be built on top of it and drive engagement, and we can channel this engagement to Lil Nouns by staying ahead.
