Our current approval process spans 7 days: 2 days of waiting, 3 days of voting, and 2 days in the final queue. While intended for efficiency, this timeline can hinder genuine voter participation, even with a lowered quorum. To enhance inclusivity and democracy, we need to boost engagement. Recent trends show we’re nearing quorum without power voters, suggesting healthier voting habits.

Proposal:

• Maintain the two-day waiting period.
• Extend the voting period to four days.
• Retain the final two-day queue.

This extends the process to 8 days, allowing more time for voting, which will increase engagement and lead to more informed decisions. Additionally, I have added 1.05 LIL and bitNoun #181 as compensation for myself for putting this proposal up.
