Setting `lilnouns.eth` for Treasury Address
Following proposal #218, this update aims to enhance our ENS configuration. We’re set to update our ENS resolver, which handles translating our human-readable domain name lilnouns.eth into a machine-readable Ethereum address. This update involves switching the address to our treasury, ensuring all transactions directed to `lilnouns.eth` are correctly routed to our treasury address. Additionally, we’ll set `lilnouns.eth` as the primary name for the treasury address, which boosts identification and minimizes confusion in transactions.
I’ve also added 1.05 LIL as compensation for myself. This covers the effort spent tracking the issue, researching the necessary updates, and implementing the fix according to ENS guidelines and best practices.
This update will not only streamline our operations but also enhance the overall security and efficiency of our transaction handling. With these changes, we’re ensuring that our ENS setup is robust and future-proof, aligning with our commitment to maintaining top-notch technical standards.
