Restoring Control of Our ENS to the Treasury

Right now, our ENS `lilnouns.eth` points to an address that’s not tied to the DAO. In the past, we switched the ENS manager to subdomains contract, which means we can’t directly update records through proposals anymore. This has left us unable to manage our ENS records properly.
This proposal aims to reclaim ownership of `lilnouns.eth` back to the treasury. By doing this, we’ll be able to update the resolve address to the treasury and make necessary changes to records through proposals. It’s a crucial step to ensure our ENS records are accurate and up-to-date.
