Restarting the AutoBidder for Nouns with Remaining Funds
We currently have 1 Noun, but we need 3 to be able to propose. How can we achieve this? By restarting our bidding strategy in the Nouns auctions using the remaining ~4.9 ETH in the AutoBidder.
The AutoBidder simplifies the process by automatically placing bids for us. If we win an auction, the Noun can be withdrawn to our treasury. 🏦
Here’s the plan to update the AutoBidder settings and get back in the game: Set the minimum bid to 0.69 ETH, the maximum bid to 4.20 ETH, and the bidding window will allow the AutoBidder to place bids in the last hour of the auction. ⏰ All other settings remain the same.
These adjustments will allow the AutoBidder to use the remaining ~4.9 ETH effectively, ensuring we stay active in the Nouns auctions and move closer to our goal of 3 Nouns. 🎯 If we see that the DAO’s incentives align with this goal, we can consider adding more funds to the AutoBidder later.
If this proposal doesn’t pass, I’ll consider that there are no incentives regarding acquiring new Nouns, and I’ll add a new proposal to withdraw the funds back to the treasury.
