Proposal: Proliferate Lil Nouns @ Concensus 2024 Location: Inn Cahoots, Austin TX Audience: Web3 & Crypto Community Team: Bixbite & Pizza DAO

TL;DR: Give Lil Nouns A Big Presence At Consensus 2024 On A Lil Budget By Sponsoring PizzaDAO’s Event + Food Donation.

Overview: Pizza DAO events have become a beloved tradition at crypto / web3 conferences around the world… and we have an opportunity for Lil Nouns to shine at the Pizza DAO pizza party on May 30th, from 6-9 pm at Inn Cahoots in Austin, Texas.

With over 500 attendees expected, these events are always a hit. However, we know that irl events can sometimes lead to food waste. To tackle this, I’ve reached out to several homeless shelters in Austin to coordinate pizza donations at the start of the event and to arrange for any leftover pizzas to be donated afterward.

By establishing & sharing this donation process framework, we can help future events minimize food waste and amplify our community values.

Confirmed Shelters: I am coordinating with Chef Earnest at the Austin Shelter For Women & Children to accept our food donation for his location along with The Salvation Army Rathgeber Center. Since each shelter has different capacities for food donations, like Chef Earnest’s limit of 13 large pizzas at the Women & Childrens shelter, I’m connecting with multiple shelters to maximize our reach & support. (Currently waiting on a reply from Katherine with the Esperanza Community - toofound.org and a call back from Front Step - frontsteps.org)

I believe this proposal allows us to not only have a presence at Concensus 2024, but also have a meaningful proliferation impact during the Pizza DAO Pizza Party.

Budget 2ETH - This budget will cover the following:

• Lil Nouns sponsorship of Pizza DAO’s Pizza Party
• Pizza donation to homeless shelters on behalf of Lil Nouns
• Admin coordination of food donations & delivery of donations at the end of the event
• (1) Lil Noun to raffle off as a prize at the pizza party.
