Lil Nouns DAO

The purpose of this proposal is to create awareness of the Lil Nouns brand among Spanish speakers, and build a community with a view to onboarding Latin American builders-artists to Lil Nouns DAO OnChain governance via Lil Amigos.   One part will be IRL at two of the most important Ethereum events in the Central American region, followed by two months of educational and informative content surrounding the Lil Nouns ecosystem in order to push the delegation campaign.

WTF ETHSalvador?

The Ethereum community’s will be in the nation that adopted Bitcoin as legal currency, offering a unique chance to learn, hack, and envision a decentralized future in a country championing digital innovation.

ETH Salvador 2024 is more than an event; it’s a strategic celebration of the web3 era, blending Ethereum’s innovation with Salvadoran vitality and exploring the magic of Open Source, DAOs, DeFi & NFTs.

Activities I

List of the activities contemplated for ETHSalvador:

• Lil Workshop regarding Lil Nouns and Prop House during the event led by @leobunster
• Stand with Lil merch throughout the duration of the event + POAPs
• ETHSalvador Official sponsor closing party produced by PizzaDAO  

Lil Gallery by PizzaDAOLatam   Activities surrounding the Lil Gallery will be run by Malbec (Head of LATAM Pizza Party 2021-2022-2023 and holder NounsAmigos) and MentaJengibre (Holder NounsAmigos and PizzaDAO Chile) and will be directly linked to the production of the ETHSalvador closing party. As deliverables, we propose:

• Presence on the official party poster
• Conceptualization of the setting of the event based on nounish aesthetics
• Triptychs explaining Lil Nouns
• Naming of art expo by local artists as “Lil Nouns Gallery”.
• Place at the event for photos with Lil Nouns
• Audiovisual record of event
• Mention in X event video post-production PizzaDAO networks

WTF ETHLatam?

ETHLatam is the largest annual Ethereum conference in the Latin American region. Co-created by community leaders in the region. It is the meeting where users,educators, students, entrepreneurs, developers and all those interested in technology gather to share knowledge, news and experiences.

ACTIVITIES II

Activation at the event by inviting those in the stands or those hacking to wear the noggles, just as we did at ETHBarcelona 2023, with communities like Giveth, Retro PGF, Bankless, Aragon, and more. Pictures taken of builders and uploaded to X may enter raffle to win noggles or “nounish friends” toys. We will talk about Lil Nouns.

• Giving merchandise, POAPs during events and side-events.
• Onboarding hackers participating in the Buildathon
• Taking pictures of the noggles and toys with Honduran scenery

Lil Merch

Throughout all the activities above, we will be giving out T-shirts & Lil Amigos stickers. We will bring numerous noggles along, and will include “nounish friends” toys from nounworks.

POAPs

We plan to create original artwork of Lil Nouns in POAPs to be used for each of the Xpaces opened for the educational campaign and event attendees.

We will reward the creators of 0.11 ETH for three designs. For the event, we will use a Lil Volcano, Lil Taco, and Lil Banana because they are attributes related to Latin America.

• Two POAPs for each of the events.
• Six POAPs for six months, for the personal branding of leobunster, aka Lil Tiger, by kimmydeuk
• Eight POAPs for the Xpaces series with the delegates
• Two backgrounds, one for the @lilnounsamigos X account, and one for the ETHSalvador booth.

We will establish a link between the artists exhibiting at the Lil Gallery as a way to onboard. They will exhibit their artwork at the event and will then explore Lil Nouns, creating original art through POAPS.   Total: 16 POAPs + 2 Designs

Lil Amigos: Delegation Campaign II

Lil Nouns Amigos is the Spanish and Latin American Lil Nouns DAO community. We seek to increase participation in the governance of Lil Nouns with the delegation campaign through educational content about Lil Nouns DAO.   We have made four “Lil Nouns from 0” educational Xpaces, reaching 8 delegated Lil Nouns. With this prop we seek to talk about all the projects built with Lil Nouns DAO and its relationship with the Nouns DAO ecosystem.

This table shows the topics that we will cover in the xpaces (subject to updates). We will mention outstanding Lil Nouns proposals. Once this Xpaces series is over, we will be able to talk endlessly about Lil Nouns props…

In our “Nounish News” thread with @PlazaNouns, we have also included Lil Nouns news such as the Lil Basel; the last rounds of the Lil Prop House; the update of their traits and more…   We plan to invite the builders we will meet during the ETHSalvador & ETHLATAM events along with delegates, members of the Nouns community, Lil Nouns and web3 in general to participate in this content.   Two months of content:

• 8 Xpaces of educational content.

• Add Lil Nouns as an official @PlazaNouns program

Budget

The following table shows the estimated budget in USDc and ETH (1 ETH = 1250 USD). The table is divided into four sections: 1) Lil Nouns Gallery by PizzaDAOLatam considering everything from the execution of the gallery, 2) Merchandise - contemplating shipping costs of nounworks products, 3) Original artwork we created with POAPs, 4) Related to the per diem two people 5) Lil Nouns content from 0 with @PlazaNouns. Total: 5 ETH.

Expectations

• Onboard the next +100 builders at Lil Nouns during activation at the two events
• Onboarding local artists to Lil Nouns through POAPs and creation of original artwork by Lil Amigos
• Photos and content from the event with engagement on Lil Nouns, Lil Nouners, Lil Amigos, Plaza Nouns and our personal accounts. Photo Album.
• Finish the Lil Nouns course from 0
• Reach +20 lil nouns delegated to the lilnounsamigos.eth wallet to increase participation in governance (voting-proposals).
