Lil Nouns DAO

The 2x weekly calls at Lils (Tuesday & Thursday) imo are a key aspect of onboarding new people into the DAO, there is something about the VC/“IRLness” that cannot be replicated purely in text chat. To make sure these calls consistently happen, I think we should commit to putting at least a small amount of ETH towards setting a ‘loose’ agenda, populating the VC with familiar faces, and having an open mic for anyone who may want it, there is power in this happening at the same time, same place, twice a week.

In the past ~month these calls have somewhat fallen off, the friendly discord chats have turned to a toxic wasteland, and we are turning people off from joining our community rather than welcoming them in and giving them a space to share their ideas of things to bring to Lil Nouns.

With all that being said, I propose that drdune.eth (fka sqx10) be compensated to run these, initially proposing a 3 month trial to see how it goes, and we can decide from there if we wish to carry on compensating him. He is great at steering the conversation without dominating it and gives everyone a voice. Dr. Dune is non-judgemental, wise, caring, diplomatic and has been running these calls for pretty much a year up until recently, as he felt his efforts were going to waste. I believe/hope that this small token of appreciation would entice him to run the show again.

• Show up at least for the start of the weekly calls
• Conduct a loose agenda
