Lil Nouns DAO

1. Initial Proposal on Prop.Lot: To submit a proposal specifically aimed at NounsDAO, a proposer must own at least 8 Lil Nouns tokens or the dynamically adjusted equivalent.

   • Note: The requisite tokens can also be delegated to the proposer by another party.

2. 5-Day Voting Period: After submission, there is a 5-day window for community members to vote on the proposal, either upvoting or downvoting it on Prop.Lot.

3. 5% FOR Requirement: For a proposal to move on to the next stage, it must have a net positive vote (upvotes minus downvotes) of at least 5% once the voting period ends.

4. Transition to NounsDAO or Queue: If the proposal meets all requirements, it either moves on to NounsDAO for official on-chain voting or enters a queue if another proposal is already being sponsored.

5. Lil Nouns Casts Votes: Lil Nouns will use its current NounsDAO holdings to cast votes in favor of the sponsored proposal, providing it with a certain level of initial support.

Afternote: Future options for achieving the 5% submission requirement, such as candidacy, snapshot, or federation, are under evaluation and may be implemented in the future. Follow on proposal to add if changed.
