Transfer $LIL to Lil Funding Multisig

This proposal is to send the DAO’s $LIL token that was redeemed from Prop 109 to the Lil Funding multisig to be distributed for onboarding and marketing purposes by the Lil funding team. Lil funding signers will redeem the $LIL token via NFTX to acquire Lil Nouns NFT’s and then discretionarily distribute them when the team feels they will be of value for marketing/onboarding/acknowledging our community builders.
