Extend Nouns AutoBidder

tldr;

Federation AutoBidder has been actively bidding on Nouns for about two weeks now, and recently acquired Noun 677 for the DAO. This prop extends Lil Nouns’ AutoBidder by increasing its balance to a total of 75 ETH in order to acquire 3 additional nouns.

AutoBidder

Autobidder is a protocol for bidding on Nouns auctions. Prop #115 deployed a Nouns AutoBidder for Lil Nouns and since then has placed bids on several recent nouns.

AutoBidder Settings

AutoBidder accepts settings that control how it bids. This prop will increase the contract balance in Lil Nouns’ AutoBidder without changing min/max bid settings.
