Lil Nouns DAO

Following the success of NFT Fest Aus for NounsDAO, we now have the opportunity for Lil Nouns to make a lasting impression at NFT Melbourne. With an expected attendance of over 1,000 this could be an amazing opportunity to onboard new community members. NFT Melbourne is going to be a different type of NFT event, more focused on interactions and live activations vs just a lineup of speakers. For this reason, I would like Lil Nouns to have a larger presence at this event.

I would like to request 5 ETH for Lil Nouns to become an official Core Sponsor of NFT Melbourne with a booth presence. The funding breakdown will be as follows:

$6500 For Core Sponsorship + Booth that will get us:

• 6.5’ x 6.5’ booth with display monitor on stand
• Featured on social advertising (https://twitter.com/NFT_MELBOURNE)
• Featured on website (https://www.nftmelbourne.xyz/)
• Featured in signage at the event
• 2X tickets to all events
• Branding across social assets
• Branding on emails linked to the event

Display Banner For Booth - $813 Custom Tablecloth - $125 Additional Retractable Banner (33”x81”) $250 plus tax & shipping costs

I am also in discussion with NounsAU to purchase remaining Noggles t-shirts from NFT Fest Aus, any remaining funds will go towards purchasing these shirts.

ROI To The DAO:

I love stats & data and believe it is important that I can show the DAO a direct ROI from this proposal. I will be collecting data via POAP mints and NFC tags placed within the Banners, Coasters & Stickers. The Banners, Coasters & Stickers will each have designated url’s with UTM variables. This way we can pull reports from Lil Nouns Google Analytics and show exact traffic and interactions that were brought in from each item.

I will provide a total of 3 reports to the DAO. The reports will provide follow up analytics after 30 days, 90 days and 180 days. The stats I will be tracking are:

• Website Traffic to LilNouns.wtf
• Purchases - by having people mint our special Lil Nouns POAP we will have a list of wallet addresses, I will then check those addresses at the 30 day, 90 day and 180 day check points to see if any of those wallet addresses now own a Lil Noun (purchased after the event date)
• Interactions with NFC tags on stickers & coasters (total inventory count vs how many NFC tags were tapped) - this will be an interesting stat to collect data from because they can interact with the item forever so to speak, no max limit or timeframe of when the link expires.

By helping the NounsAU crew during NFT Fest Aus I was able to see first hand the things that created the most engagement, and help push brand awareness. These things include:

• Having a presence at the event with a booth & team members available to chat with & answer questions
• Interactive Banner to claim POAP - was a great conversation starter & created engagement
• Creating branded coasters to pass out at the event and after party events (1 side Noggles, 1 side QR code)
• Stickers - people love collecting stickers and we saw tons of them up around various places in Melbourne after the event
• T-shirts - Noggles branded shirts were given out which lead to people wearing them the next days of the event and posting on social media

If this proposal is funded we would be having all of these same elements at NFT Melbourne for Lil Nouns. The funds from Prop House Round 12 (0.63eth) are going towards an interactive banner to claim a special Lil Nouns POAP, stickers & branded coasters. The Prop House round will still be executed regardless of the outcome of this proposal.
