Scope

As listed, dot has been actively iterating on lil nouns products prior to this engagement request. From site improvements to Lil Nouns’ very own metagovernance frontend, that the community uses to cast its 8 votes into Nouns DAO.

As before, the scope of the work entails maintenance and further development of products existing and prospective lil nouners interface with; lilnouns.wtf, lil nouns discord (custom bots), public sdks and libraries, and anything else deemed appropriate by the community. Deliverables and timelines are to be defined on an on-going basis and communicated publicly every month.

Ask

• 36 eth paid over 6 months (Dec 19, 2022 through June 10, 2023) which equates to 6E/month. The logic behind this strange date range is because it comes out to exactly 15000000 seconds which makes the payment amount in wei divided by the duration of the stream in seconds a whole number. This is a technical requirement of a sablier stream to work.
• 7 eth retro for engineering work during the months of October and November.()

This retro was initially marked to be 6 eth per month through lil funding’s contributor stipend programme but was deferred by dot to make sure it doesn’t reduce lil funding’s ability to fund other builders and proliferators.()
