ANYONE can submit a proposal to Prop.house, all you need is a crypto wallet; ONLY Lil Nouns can vote however (1 Lil Noun = 1 Vote)

We are continuing to explore the Prop.House VARIABILITY of the potential uses.

You can see that Lil Nouns IS helping blaze the Prop.House trail as this tool emerges to be one of the most useful in engaging and empowering builders throught ALL ecosystems in web3 and beyond.

We will continue this through the next round by utilizing the myriad of capabilities that Prop.House has as an auction house.

• By requesting Lil Noun tokens from lilfunding.wtf to distribute to winners
• Ideas Rounds where graduation to Nouns Chain is the goal. Through delegation intitiatives and or Lil Noun Sponsership
• Further cultivating a relationship with Nouns Prop House

Current Expectaitions for the purpose of this proposal, with the decline in DAO funding, Prop House will run for no less than 2 months from passage on this funding of 10 ETH. To ensure this. WHILE the DAO will still set the recurring rounds of our community Prop House through emoji vote in discord announcements, there will be a hard cap on each rounbd payout of 2.5 eth.

• Smaller payouts (5x.5 ; 10x.25 ; 20x.1)
• Lil Tokens and smol payouts (Token +.05)

This Proposal is embracing the bear and algining funding to the current flows of DAO Revenue. It will continue to create engagement in the current prop house format and also leverage the new experimental usage to expand engagement across the ecosystem.

There will be slight changes in this proposal vs past prop house refill proposals.

• The multisig has had recent adjustments and the current signers are:

  • @lilbk
  • @akva
  • @mimix
  • @sqx (stand in of last resort/logistics)

• There have been some adjustments in protocol over the past few weeks. Currently an AddressForm : (new form being spun up) certifying OFAC compliance will need to be signed (see below) By the same wallet that proposed to Prop.House to receive funding. This may or may not be in line in the process by the time this comes to vote.

  • This process of compliance on the most basic level is evolving

Payout Transactions

• A Portion of this will got to fund the team that manages the execution of Lil.Prop.House.

  • Signers , Logistics , Operations

• 10 ETH to multisig 100% to be used to pay out winners

• .10 & Lil NOUN to each signer (to be distributed by Lilfunding.wtf) for time (lil noun) and expense (.1) (there is a small cost to executing transactions)

  • Main Duty is to be available and make sure that payouts go out within 24hrs of round finish

• .5 additional to SQX as current liason between Prop.House and Lil Nouns

  • Complete logistics of setting up rounds with Prop.House.
  • Misc Trouble shooting with Prop.House (Locating winners, Legal Fact Finding, Payouts as needed from Hot Wallet: PPP, NFT winnings)
