Delegate Nouns Holdings to From LoL Multisig to current Lil Reps Multisig
LoL is a defunct proposal where 3/5 of the team has either LEFT or gone dark.
We still utilize it as the sole point of contact for nouns usage. a wallet with Brook and Dot as the only active members. and Dot continually recognized to have low bandwidth.
The goal here is to move the ability to cast Noun votes to a wallet with active signers. ,1 Brook, is on both.
Current Lil Reps signers.

This would change nothing as far as current process goes and help decentralize as far as more signers goes. and alleviate some of the time constraint that Dot appears to have.
** This would also sunset LoL and we will never have to speak about it again.**
No goals of stipends or funding. just increased decentralized execution.
