Lil Nouns DAO

Proposed Idea:

The idea is to have Lil Nouns be a presenting sponsor of a SweepTank Episode which is hosted on Twitter Spaces once a week by the Sweeper’s project.

Having LilNouns be the presenting sponsor of a SweepTank Episode would bring massive opportunity to tell the Lil Nouns story, why Lil Nouns is doing something special and bring new potential investors into the LilNouns community.

Each presenting sponsor is given a ten minute spotlight presentation. This is where the LilNouns community would select one representative to speak on behalf of the Lil Nouns project and tell the story, concept and vision of Lil Nouns.

SweepTank is a part of the Sweepers NFT project. Every week a new episode of SweepTank takes place on Thursday’s. This is a space where all community members of Sweepers culminate along with other project developers (up to ten projects) and their community members (could be hundreds of listeners). In the SweepTank there are four industry experts and advisors. These are usually influential members of the NFT space. These advisors will start the show by featuring the presenting sponsor which does not participate in the Tank part of the show but is given a Spotlight on their project to be able tell the world why what they are doing is unique, special and important.

After the Spotlight presentation then the show moves to the Tank rounds where each project that has been selected to participate is given five minutes to pitch their project to the advisors.

After each project pitches their project to the advisors the advisors will now have the chance to ask questions of the project developers. After all projects have pitched and completed the Tank rounds then the advisors will announce which projects have made it to the next round where they are included after the episode in a proposal to the Sweepers community for consideration to be swept. Once the community vote is complete on the proposal one project will have been voted to be swept.

As a presenting sponsor Lil Nouns will get the following Benefits:

• Ten Minute Sponsor Spotlight

• Opportunity to include a member of Lil Nouns to be added as a guest advisor for the space (optional)

• Opportunity to also be included as a project accepted into the tank (optional). Participate in the Tank Round with the other projects as well and considered to be swept. Again this is optional and Lil Nouns can simply opt to only do the Sponsor Spotlight.

• Co-Branding on all social channels with Lil Nouns and the Sweepers Project with announcements, teasers, etc regarding the upcoming space.

• Massive Brand Awareness to multiple communities around the NFT Space who may never know about the Lil Nouns project.

• Indirect benefit from the marketing dollars spent on marketing the space on Twitter prior to the scheduled date.

Below is information on the Sweepers Project and how it works: What are Sweepers?

Stake a Sweeper in the GARAGE and Earn $DUST token. Bid in THE VAULT (an auction based marketplace) to purchase Blue Chip NFT projects for $DUST. The goal is to stake and earn as many $DUST tokens as possible to have buying power in THE VAULT. Each NFT auction will start at a bid of one $DUST token.

Sweepers are a generative 32x32 non-fungible token project on the Ethereum (ERC-721) blockchain. A Sweeper is generated on chain every 10-minutes and is auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Sweepers Auctions

One Sweepers is auctioned every 10 minutes, forever. One interface for participating in Sweepers auctions is SweepersClub.com, which is a website built and maintained by the project founders.

Each Sweeper is an irrevocable member of Sweepers and entitled to one vote in all governance proposals to sweep. Sweepers can use their voting abilities (remember, 1 Sweeper = 1 vote) to direct the treasury sweeps of any proposed NFT project. They can create and vote on governance proposals, executing transactions on the Ethereum blockchain when approved.

The $DUST Token

$DUST Token is the reward token earned daily by all Sweepers Members who stake their Sweeper NFT in the GARAGE. The GARAGE will be a platform on the Sweepers website, allowing members to stake their Sweeper NFT to earn Dust Token. Dust Token will have two utilities.

The first utility will allow members to collect a balance of Dust Tokens and use their earned Dust Tokens to bid on auctions in THE VAULT platform, an auction marketplace where all swept NFT assets will be listed for auction.

Dust Token’s second utility will be to sell any balance of Dust Token in the Peer to Peer exchange called The Dust Exchange. Here Sweepers Members can offer any amount of Dust Token for Sale and accept offers made on their Dust Token.

The Dust Token will never have a liquidity pool added to it or be tradeable on an exchange. Dust Token is to be used inside of the Sweepers Project only.

THE VAULT

THE VAULT is an online auction marketplace where swept NFT assets are sent to be offered off at auction starting at one Dust Token each. All swept assets from Sweepers Member Proposals, Sweep Tank Events, and Reserve Fund sweeps get sent to THE VAULT.

The VAULT will host many different auction lengths based on the type of sweep, type of project, etc. The idea is for everyone to participate in THE VAULT Auctions regardless of the number of Sweeper NFTs each holder owns or stakes.

With $DUST Tokens, the buying power of the Sweepers Members will rotate, and the idea is that everyone will have a chance to participate in the long run.

The strategy will be everything, some will buy as soon as possible, and others will wait for the grail NFT they have wanted for a long time.

The Dust Exchange

The Dust Exchange is a place that allows Sweepers Members the ability to buy or sell their Dust Token amongst members of Sweepers. Some members will be waiting for the grail NFT they always wanted, and some will be just short of being able to win a bid and in need of a top off of more Dust Tokens.

The Dust Exchange will allow Sweepers Members to list their Dust Token for a buy-it-now price and accept offers on their chosen balance.

Members of Sweepers can choose to either Buy $DUST Tokens at the list price or make an offer to buy at a price offered on a secondary market, which allows for a healthy exchange environment for Dust Tokens.
