PROP.HOUSE

Prop house has been a staple of Nouns ecosystem and Lil Nouns in particular. This current Lil Nouns Round (Rd 8) is the last Rd of funded Prop.House .

The purpose of this prop is to continue this funding in a manner that is flexible enough for the DAO. The excitement and engagement created by the diversity of what is Prop.House is unmatched in the Lil Nouns ecosystem IMO. Funding this Proposal will keep Prop.House running uninterrupted for another 2-3 rounds.

TO DO ITEMS

1. A new multisig has been created as Seneca and the Prop.House team have signaled they want to move away from active participation in creation and distribution of the infra. They simply want to maintain and build the infrastructure. This is the ONLY reason for a new multi-sig creation and port away from Prop.House involvement in the escrow & distribution Discord message confirming above

2. Fund Mult-sig (above) with 25 ETH

• Goal is 2+ rounds with the 25 ETH 10x1,10x1.5?, 20x.5? Mix and Match, but goal is MOAR funding

FUTURE PLANS

• Mandate Rounds : I think this is the main Prop.House ideation source as of current. this proposal gives a runway of roughly 3-4 weeks to get this figured out before more Prop.House funding will be needed. IMO running concurrently will serve the DAO’s best needs.
