[dNDX Parameters] Min/Max Lockup Duration

This vote is to establish the minimum and maximum NDX staking lockup durations in exchange for dNDX tokens.
The options are:
- Minimum: 90 Days, Maximum: 360 Days
- Minimum: 180 Days, Maximum: 720 Days
- Reject above options
If any of the [dNDX Parameters] votes are won by ‘Reject above options’, deployment of the dNDX functionality will be paused and a new forum thread opened to discuss alternative options.
