[Attack Recovery #2] What percentage of losses on directly affected index tokens should the Indexed compensation plan cover?

In the aftermath of the 14th October 2021 attack on Indexed Finance, the DAO should consider what percentage of the directly affected tokens should be reimbursed through a compensation plan.
To be specific, the affected tokens are/were:
- DEFI5
- CC10
- FFF
This vote considers all of these tokens regardless of chain (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum), and serves to determine the percentage of lost assets that should be compensated, by way of quadratic voting.
If you wish to vote for - for example - 80% compensation, cast 4 votes for 100% compensation and 1 vote for 0% compensation. Similarly, to vote for 75% compensation, cast 3 votes and 1 vote respectively: whatever ratio produces the result you desire (the percentage will be shown before you submit).
This vote will run for one week to allow as many members of the DAO as possible to cast their ballots.
At the end of the week, the percentage split will be considered the DAO’s agreed compensation amount for the affected tokens.
Additional votes running alongside this one determine which of the affected tokens are eligible for compensation: this vote simply determines the amount to be repaid.
