[Attack Recovery #4] Which assets should be included in the Indexed compensation plan?

In the aftermath of the 14th October 2021 attack on Indexed Finance, the DAO should consider which tokens should be eligible for compensation.
To be explicit, the affected tokens are/were:
- DEFI5
- CC10
- FFF
- DEFI5-X LPs
- CC10-X LPs
- FFF-X LPs
This vote considers all of these tokens regardless of chain (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum). For example, “DEFI5-X LPs” includes DEFI5-WETH on Sushi and Uniswap, DEFI5-QUICK on Polygon, and DEFI5-WETH-WBTC on Arbitrum.
This is an approval vote, which will run for one week to as many members of the DAO as possible to cast their ballots.
Please vote for all of the tokens that you wish to be included in a compensation plan. If there is a particular token you do not wish to be included, do not vote for it. If you do not wish for a compensation plan to be put in place at all, please vote for “None Of The Above”.
At the end of the week, all tokens with 50% approval or higher will be considered approved for the purposes of determining compensation.
