[Attack Recovery #7] What form should the Indexed compensation plan take?

In the aftermath of the 14th October 2021 attack on Indexed Finance, the DAO needs to decide the mechanism by which the compensation plan should be put into place.
The above thread details two options, a “Rari Bond” mechanism utilised by Rari Capital, and a “Pickle/Cornichon” mechanism utilised by Pickle Finance, both in the aftermath of their own exploits. There is, of course, the potential for an as-yet-unidentified option to be put in place.
This is a single choice vote that will run for a week to allow as many people of the DAO as possible to cast their vote.
Please vote for the mechanism you believe should be utilised for the compensation plan. If you disagree with both the Bond and Cornichon models, please vote for “Reconsider”. If you wish to cast a vote, but want to lend support to the result with the most votes rather than making an explicit decision, please vote for “Will Of The DAO”.
At the end of this week, the option with the highest number of votes will be considered to be the will of the DAO.
