[dNDX Parameters] Dividends Payment Token

This vote is to establish the token in which protocol revenue will be distributed to NDX stakers.
The options are:
- NDX
- DAI
- WETH
- Reject above options
If any of the [dNDX Parameters] votes are won by ‘Reject above options’, deployment of the dNDX functionality will be paused and a new forum thread opened to discuss alternative options.
