[dNDX Parameters] Minimum NDX Deposit

This vote is to establish the minimum amount of NDX that can be entered into a staking position.
NOTE: this parameter can be changed via governance after launch, subject to an on-chain vote.
The options are:
- 50 NDX
- 100 NDX
- Reject above options
If any of the [dNDX Parameters] votes are won by ‘Reject above options’, deployment of the dNDX functionality will be paused and a new forum thread opened to discuss alternative options.
