Add SUSHI as a candidate asset to DEFI5 and CC10

This proposal, if accepted, will add SUSHI to the list of candidate assets for inclusion in both the DEFI5 and CC10 indices, subject to it ranking in the top 5 or 10 respectively by fully diluted market cap relative to all other listed assets.
