Summary: This proposal updates the Operations Pod by replacing jordan.t (Jordan) with 0xdunerider (David).

Motivation: David joined Index Coop as Head of Product on October 1, 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in product management, finance, and operations. Most recently, he led product at Exodus Wallet, overseeing the development of consumer apps, exchange platforms, payments, staking, and B2B verticals. In December, David spearheaded a cross-functional roadmapping exercise that improved the Coop’s decision-making and promoted stronger collaboration among teams. Since then, he has continued to earn trust throughout the organization with his technical expertise and approachable leadership style.

Given his strong track record, I believe transitioning my seat on the Operations Pod to David will strengthen our strategic planning and personnel decisions. This change will help align product leadership with operational goals while allowing me to focus more on other areas that support the Coop’s growth.
