Renew dYdX Grants Program v1.5

We propose renewing the existing dYdX Grants Program with the remaining budget on hand. The existing term will expire on February 15th, this proposal will renew the program for an additional 6 months.
We also propose reducing the minimum number of Trustees to five and removing Ashwath Balakrishnan, Jacob Phillips, and Lily Liu as Trustees on the dYdX Grants Trust. The remaining Trustees will be:
- GFX Labs, Inc.
- Scalar Capital Management, LLC
- Matthew Ryan Dobel
- Alexios Valonasis
- Wintermute Trading, Ltd
If approved, this snapshot vote will serve as dYdX consent to execute the above changes to the dYdX Grants Trust.
