In reference to https://commonwealth.im/dydx/discussion/3683-drc-reduce-the-threshold-for-receiving-liquidity-provider-rewards to propose a reduction of the threshold receiving liquidity provider rewards to 0.25% share of only maker volume of the dYdX exchange.
