Should the ability to mint more $JUSTICE be closed?

Although the DAO currently has no plans to mint more $JUSTICE tokens. The contract currently allows the DAO to mint more $JUSTICE tokens if the DAO token holders decide that more should be minted in the future. Should we permanently close this ability?
