Add STAKE incentives (matched) to Agave on xDai?

Agave is a decentralized, non-custodial, money market and borrowing-lending protocol on xDai network requesting $500k worth of STAKE from the Ecosystem Fund (https://www.xdaichain.com/about-xdai/roadmap/ecosystem-fund-roadmap)
KPI metrics are being developed by OMEN to payout (as stated in forum post) most of the incentives will be to lenders and a much smaller percentage to the borrowers. The KPI metrics that will be leveraged are Agave protocol TVL and $STAKE market cap. Also as stated, the first month will distribute at 100% rate for bootstrapping, KPI metrics will begin executing after the 30 day bootstrapping period.
Request is to send $500k (40,000 stake ~$12.5ea) to agave agent 0xA377585abED3E943e58174b55558A2482894ce20 any unused Stake will be sent back to the stake ecosystem fund at end of each period.
