Goals and Summary

This proposal outlines a strategic partnership between AirSwap and JOIN to accelerate institutional DeFi adoption. JOIN brings proven institutional traction, including an active contract with Altarius Group (a MiCA-compliant fund manager), providing AirSwap immediate access to institutional trading volume.

Through a $170,000 USD partnership investment in AST, we will integrate AirSwap’s core protocols (Delegate, OTC, RFQ) into JOIN’s enterprise platform, positioning AirSwap as the preferred solution for institutional DeFi operations. JOIN commits to making AirSwap the default trading solution across our B2B market and will actively support institutions in integrating AirSwap’s RFQ functionality into their trading systems, creating multiple pathways for protocol adoption and sustained volume growth.

Aligned Incentives & Shared Success

Mutual Success Framework To ensure strategic alignment between both organizations:

• Equity Partnership – AirSwap DAO receives $170,000 USD equivalent in JOIN tokens during our private funding round, creating shared upside in partnership success. The tokens will be sent to the AirSwap DAO treasury

• Revenue Partnership – If no JOIN token by February 1st, 2026, AirSwap DAO receives 15% of all JOIN platform fees for one year, directly into AirSwap pool fees. Timeline with Milestones
