2.2m AST is requested over 3-months for a team of contributors to renew and pursue protocol integrations. Our mandate is as follows:

• Analyze volume for weaknesses and opportunities
• Review current integrations and relationships
• Create tools and services to streamline integrations
• Identify, update, and pursue integrations to the fullest

The team is initially comprised of mosites.eth, artxtra.eth, koploseus.eth, and sct.eth.

Analysis

Based on metrics from last quarter (Q2) AirSwap captured 18.4% of MetaMask Swaps volume with particularly strong performance in major asset pairs. We have nearly 40 current relationships with makers and takers and are deployed across 10 chains with a potential for another 10. Current and future integrators are ready to receive improved tooling and opportunity analysis today.

4. Expand coverage over emerging assets (20x cheaper)
5. Expand coverage over key chains (e.g. Arbitrum, Base)
6. Explore new possibilities e.g. Uniswap X

Deliverables

We aim to streamline integrations, provide opportunity analysis, and strengthen relationships.

1. Create connection proxy (make.airswap.xyz) for easy integrations (single endpoint; no CORS)
2. Create new analytics dashboard for off-chain metrics (e.g. pricing and availability)
3. Produce updated and revised pitch and onboarding materials and tools for integrators

We will attend the following events with a focus on integrator outreach:

• AirSwap Anniversary — 10 Oct
• ETH Mexico — 24 Oct
• Devconnect — 16 Nov

Costs

We will submit a withdrawal request each month for 600k AST to be transferred to the Ops Safe (ops.airswap.eth) and distributed via Coordinape.

• Team — 1.8m AST (~$60k) total; 600k AST ($20k) per month
• Events — 400k AST (~$14k) total

Rationale

Establishing the AirSwap Foundation positions us to chart a new course. AirSwap is an original and lasting protocol with significant potential, unique opportunities, and an excellent reputation. By funding a core group of contributors to revamp and drive protocol integrations through the end of the year, we’ll find ourselves in a strong position to drive future opportunities through 2026 and beyond.
