AIP 97 requests 95K AST to sponsor AirSwap’s participation in NFT Paris 2025.

We are seeking 95K AST to cover sponsorship and team expenses for NFT Paris 2025, where we will showcase the latest version of AirSwap NFT. This builds on the success of our first introduction of AirSwap NFT at NFT Paris 2024, where we made 200+ connections and applied user feedback to improve the product.

Xtra will be the point of contact to coordinate our participation. AirSwap’s goals for the event include:

• Sponsorship of the event, securing a booth for two days (Feb 13-14, 2025), along with 1 VIP ticket and 5 general tickets.
• AirSwap branding on the NFT Paris website and at the event venue.
• Coverage of team expenses.

Specifications

This proposal aims to promote AirSwap and its latest NFT marketplace app to a key audience at NFT Paris 2025, by:

• Featuring AirSwap products and technologies, including the new AirSwap NFT marketplace app.
• Showcasing our continued innovation and NFT advancements.
• Building relationships with NFT and DeFi communities, developers, and potential collaborators.
• Attracting new builders and engaging with potential partners to grow AirSwap’s influence in the NFT space.

Attendance Strategy to Follow

• Outreach: Reach out to NFT Paris attendees through online communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram) to introduce AirSwap and promote its presence at the event.
• Preparation: Develop an attendance strategy, preparing content such as live streams, event photos, and videos in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Engagement: Actively network and promote AirSwap’s offerings at the event, both in conversations and through branded materials.
• Follow-up: Work with the Integrations team to follow up on event contacts and coordinate with the Marketing team to share event highlights and results.
• Evaluation: Measure the event’s success using agreed-upon KPIs such as new contacts made, meetings scheduled, and social media engagement.
