**Introduction:**Every UDT holder is a member of the Unlock protocol DAO. For this reason as the Unlock Protocol continues to evolve and grow, certain people must be concerned with generating, managing and improving proposals to take the DAO and the protocol to the next level. The purpose and objective is to achieve organic and long-term growth.

Role Description: The role of Financial & Resources will serve to ensure the growth and success of the protocol.

Key responsibilities include: Proposal Creation: Develop and present proposals that contribute to the growth and development of the protocol and have a positive impact on the protocol and the token. Idea Generation: Contribute innovative ideas aimed at enhancing the protocol’s functionality, adoption, and value proposition. Information Hub: Act as a primary source of information for UDT holders regarding DAO activities, proposals, and decisions. Proposal Management: Oversee the lifecycle of proposals within the DAO, from creation and review to execution, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the process. Listing token: Establish the necessary contacts to open new listings of the token on other exchanges. Support in the management and budget planning of the DAO treasury. Networking: Establish connections and facilitate meetings with potential collaborators and partners to explore opportunities beneficial to the project and the DAO.

Why Me?: Having been involved with Unlock Protocol since its inception, I have consistently contributed to its growth by actively participating in discussions, proposing ideas, and executing votes. My dedication to the long-term success of the project and my commitment to representing the interests of all stakeholders make me a suitable candidate for this role. Measuring Impact: To assess my performance and impact in this role, key performance indicators (KPIs) can be established, including: Number of proposals submitted and successfully executed. Level of engagement and participation in DAO discussions and activities. Effectiveness in communicating DAO decisions and updates to UDT holders. Successful establishment of collaborations and partnerships.

Compensation: In recognition of the time and effort required to fulfill this role effectively, I propose a compensation of 150 UDT per month for a three-month period, totaling 450 UDT. This compensation aligns with the value provided and ensures fair remuneration for the responsibilities undertaken.

Conclusion: The creation of a Financial & Resources role within the Unlock Protocol DAO will strengthen the relationship between the DAO and UDT holders, fostering collaboration, transparency, and long-term value creation. I am committed to fulfilling this role with integrity and dedication, working collaboratively with other DAO members to drive the protocol’s success.
